Direct Airside Transit visa

Hi,
I am travelling to India from New york on November 1st via London. I have a four hour wait in London before I catch the connecting flight. I have a valid H1 visa stamping in my passport and my ticket is a round trip ticket. Under these conditions do I need a Direct Airside Transit visa to change flights in London.
Please reply to this question ASAP, I am very close to my journey date.

Yes, you will need a DATV, unless you can demonstrate your last entry to the US was within 6 months.

Tannersarms IS correct and is in a much better position to offer advice on such matters. I suggest that you update your nonustransit link to reflect the rules

(specifically

1: You are travelling TO the US/Canada and hold a valid US/Canadian visa (example) and also hold a ticket to the US/Canada routed via the UK.

OR

2: You are in possession of an onward ticket for travel by air via the UK when LEAVING the US or Canada and your journey is within 6 months of your last date of entry to the US or Canada with a valid US/Canadian visa.

I am Holding Business Visa for Both UK and Canada. Can I Route throw US. I have 2 hrs Wait in NewYork AirPort let me know if I need C1, C2 Visa.
