Subject: Visa Required?
I am a male Canadian citizen. My wife is a landed immigrant here in Canada. She has a Chinese passport and is a Chinese citizen. We are travelling to China together this October 2010. We depart Ottawa, Canada on the 7th of October and arrive in Chicago where we will switch planes and continue on to China after a couple hours layover. We are flying with United Airlines.
Question: Does my wife require a visa to fly to the USA from Canada. We will not be leaving the airport while in Chicago on the departing trip on 07 October or the return trip on the 28th of October.
If she does require one, where can I apply for one?
