Hi,
I travelled from india to US via london on 2nd week of May with a valid H1B visa. My visa is expiring in 3rd week of June. I already applied for my extension. I am returning to India via London through British Airways on 4th July.
As the exemptions says "a valid airline ticket for travel through the UK as part of a journey from Australia, Canada, New Zealand or the United States of America to another country or territory, provided that you do not seek to transit the UK on a date more than six months from the date on which you last entered Australia, Canada, New Zealand or the United States of America with a valid visa for entry to that country; "
Since i am travelling within 6 months via london transit. Do i need Direct Airside Transit Visa?
Thanks
