I am an Indian national doing IB Diploma at Luther college in Regina,
Canada.
In this vacation I intend to travel to India for which I have booked an air ticket from Regina to Mumbai via Chicago and Newyork. I am traveling on 24th June 2010. Is it possible to get transit visa before that?
I would be highly obliged if you could guide me in this matter.
