Hello All,

I Hope you are all staying safe.

My parents are travelling Atlanta to India via Chicago & Doha. in Chicago 2 hours layover and then connecting flights to Doha.

Will my parents still need a transit Visa at Chicago. my parents are Green card holders.

No. It will be basically a domestic transfer in Chicago. (The US does not have exit checks and there is no difference in procedure between a departing international flight and a departing domestic flight (they might even use the same gates).)

Plus, as green card holders they would never get a US nonimmigrant visa.
