Hi wondering if you could help me.
I am a Canadian citizen who is having a friend come to visit me in toronto, Canada for 2-3 weeks over Christmas and he is from Western Samoa. The flight path is Samoa- Auckland- San Francisco- Toronto.
Does he require anything if he is only in transit and will have a return flight itinerary?
