Dear Sirs,
I discovered your weppage today - gratulation, good and informative job done.
Nevertheless I am not completely sure about my case.
I am flying in April from Europe to South America via the US (return in May too).
As a German citician I need to join normally just the Waiver program, but I am, through my job, already in the possession of a valid C1/D1-visa. Do I have to fill-out the waiver form or is this unecessary and another form applies to me.
I had in the past already a problem once at the immigration in the States because I filled out the "wrong" immigration card in the plane. From my point of view it was just unlucky that for the first transit the white was
required and for the way back the green one - but this just additionally
without any real reference to my question above.
Thanks for your assisstance in advance.
