Hi,
I am on H1 visa right now, but on my passport I still have F1 visa stamped. I am on approved 797.
Now, my company wants me to go to Germany for like a week for work. And I would like to go to India after that for vacation (would go for stamping over there as well). The flight from Germany to Mumbai has stop over at Paris. I heard (and read on this website too) that you can't fly thru certain european countries (including France) if you do not have valid US visa stamped on your passport. Just approved 797 is not sufficient. However in my case, I am not flying from US, I am flying from Germany and I have valid Germany visa on my passport, so can I fly thru Paris ? or it would give some trouble. Please let me know.
