  • US Visa denial

    Hey ,

Iam living in a country relate to VWP and 3 years ago US embassy here has refused my vistor visa application under 214B section. now i have the nationality of this country and want to enter US . All of my family are US citizen and live in US. as i know i cann't enter US by VWP meaning , instead i have to apply for a visa ( is it vistor visa?) can I apply for it ? cause i think i still have the same situation ( house , job and family consideration) as when i applied 3 years ago?

    Any advice ?

    Thanks in advance

If you previously have been denied a visa, your ESTA application will probaby be denied which means that you have to apply for a visa. There's nothing that stops you from applying for a tourist visa (B1/B2).
