My husband is from Mexico. We have a 20 month old son and have been married a month. I know we have to file a petition for a hardship waiver but my question is: is this something I can do myself or should I have an attorney? What is the success rate? Does anyone know of an attorney in the PA/DE area they would recommend or a website where credible reviews can be found? Please I need help I want my husband back. He us a great man, husband but most importantly an amazing father.
