I have decided to leave my job to spend just under 90 days with my partner before we start the K1 process. (Not yet engaged!)
My current esta expires soon. What paperwork do I need to stay in the US other than the ESTA? People keep refering to VWP which i'm not sure if this is the same thing or an additional thing to apply for.
Any suggestions on a sensible amount to take in cash without issue would also be welcomed. I was thinking £3000 to cover every eventuality, car rental (not for full time) and minor emergencies...plus my credit card. I will be staying with my partner so most other things will be covered.
