Hey guys
Let me give you the back story....
I came to the US on the VWP 10th Dec 2010 after leaving the Army, I was 32. While I was here I decided that I wanted to stay. Before my 90 days had expired, my mother Filed the Form I130. I received approval on Sept 13 1013. My priority date is Feb 5th 2011. What I was not aware of at the time was that I could not adjust status as I was already in the US.I have managed to survive by helping family and living with my mother. I do have a girlfriend, been dating for just over 6 months and we were introduced in around 2006. The topic of marriage has come up, but I don't know if its going to cause a mountain of problems.
Any advice will help
