My sister lives in London UK and planning to visit USA for a week.
She is currently British citizen before she was Indian citizen.
British citizen is eligible for VWP but she got one time refusal on visitor visa in 2009 on Indian passport (before became British citizen).
My question here are ,
1) Does she still eligible for VWP ? (I read somewhere if you get refusal on visitor visa you are not eligible for VWP)
2) If yes to question 1 , Does she need to mention this visa refusal in VWP application ?
3) If No to question 1 , what is the solution ?
