Hi,
I was in the US on H1B for 5 years and recently got laid off. I had a trip planned to my home country in Europe (which participates in the VWP) for the Holidays, then I would like to come back to the US one month later on the visa waiver program to wrap up my affairs and pay my taxes, and also for the ski season which is supposed to be really good in Southern California. I got a return flight for April, before the 90 day period. I also have a season pass to go skiing. Is there a chance I might be denied entry on my way back? I am really stressed out.
