Time between visits to the United Sates

Hello,

Being a EU citizen i have an ESTA valid until 2016 and have been in the United States from February 2nd to March 3rd on visit.

I am thinking on going there again in May and staying another 30 days.

Will i have any problem at the Customs and Border Protection?

Based on the information you've provided, as long as you can prove that you are not an intending immigrant, i.e. you maintain a residence abroad, have a source of funds to support yourself, have a roundtrip ticket, spend more time outside of the U.S. than in, etc., you shouldn't have any issues, assuming you are not otherwise inadmissible.
