My mother who is a UK citizen travelled to Canada a few weeks ago. During her stay she applied and obtained a visa waiver for the US and entered for one day over the Buffalo Niagara border. On her return she was unaware that she needed to surrender the visa. Could you please advise how to surrender the visa and what information would be required.
