Hi, I'm a Hungarian citizen, been in the US on a J1 visa and returned home before my visa expired and applied for an F1 (student visa) which was denied and they stamped my visa in my passport "Cancelled with prejudice". I tried again and I got denied again. It's been 2 years and I would like to go on a holiday to the US. So my question is: What are the chances that I'll get an ESTA after 2 visa denials which was 2 years ago?
