I want to go India for VISA Stamping for H1B, when I am scheduling appointment on ustraveldocs.com, it was asking below questions
I have a previous U.S. visa in the same class as the visa for which i wish to apply
My most recent visa was issued in India
I received my visa after January 1, 2008
My most recent visa (in the same class for which I am applying) was issued on or after my 14th birthday
I have no refusals for a visa in any class after my most recent visa issuance
If I am applying for an H or L (individual) visa, my prior visa in the same class is still valid or expired within the last 12 months
As per all questions, I am eligible for waiver program.
My Last H1-B VISA has stamped in APR 2012 and has expired on 30th Sep 2014, But I have changed my employer 3 times as I came in USA with different employer.
So I want to know If my employer has changed from my previous visa stamping, am i eligible for interview Visa waiver program?
I need to take appointment for both interview(OFC and Visa Interview) or only OFC will work?
Please help me out.
