Dear All,
Planning to apply for group interview:
1) Self - H4 - renew visa. old visa expired and eligible for visa waiver
2) Mother-in-law-B1/B2 - its fresh visa and she got rejected before 4 year ago in 2012.
Please advice me best way on how to go for visa interview. I am on H4 and eligible for visa waiver program. This time i am planning to get my mother-in-law's visa too with me. But the problem with her is - she got rejected 4 years back in 2012 (she went to interview alone before). I am not sure she is eligible to visa waiver.
Now when i go to http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ website and provide all my information and then my mother-in-law's information - it says i can drop off the documents and waived for interview.
I am afraid since my mother-in-law got rejected before and they did not ask this question on ustraveldocs website (but it was asked in DS 160 which i asnwered correctly).
Is if OK to go for drop box option or go for visa interview. Any suggestion will be helpful. Thank you.
