Parents family name.

Hi. I'm filling in my esta and it is asking for my parents family name. My fathers surname is straight forward of course but with my mother, for her surname do I put in her maiden name, her first married name ie my maiden name or her current married name? This is probably quite trivial but I don't want to get it wrong..

Fill in her current name (as in her passport) in the ESTA.
