Hi
I am a UK citizen and I have had a US L1A Visa for several years, and have extended it three times. During this time I have setup office (separate company entity to the UK company) in the US with 2 full time employees. I have been visiting the office two to three times a year for around 10 days per visit. For the last 3 years (approx), I have not received an income from the US company. In the near future I plan to take out dividends from the US company.
On each visit, I spend time with the employees, do interviews as and when required, and meetings with potential suppliers, contacts and customers.
I am thinking of not renewing my L1A visa and travel to the US on a ESTA. And, may re-apply for a L1A visa in the future if I want to spend more time in the US and receive a salary income.
Is it possible to do this?
Thanks in advance.
