ESTA Approved before B1 Rejected

    ESTA Approved before B1 Rejected

    Hi, i have my ESTA Approved and i have been traveling to US for the last 5 years.

    Today i apply for a B1 Visa, the company that i work for (remotly, outside US), was selected for a Tech Accelerator starting June 5, and i need to go, my B1 was rejected 214(b)

    Can i still go to US using my ESTA to the Accelerator? i will no stay the 5 months of the duration but 80 days

    Can i go?

      Yes, is still approved

      But the B1 rejection was this morning
