Hi
I am based in the UK and work for an international company. A client wants me to come to the US to train them for 2/3 weeks after which I will return home. My company will be paid for this training course by the the client. The clients HQ and my companies HQ are in Germany and the contract will be between the two German companies even though I work for a UK subsidiary and the training course will be held at the clients US office .
Can I enter the US using the VWP or do I need a L1-B Visa??
