I have an pending i-130 green card application via my mother, i been on the waiting list since 2013, i came out to America in 2017 originally for a holiday then stayed out of love and go through Adjustment of Status whenever the time came, however we broke up very recently and im still here in the States and overstayed for quite a while, i have alot of savings to help get me by luckily...
However what does this mean for my pending green card application when the time comes around and i become current but residing in the states?
