Chances of ESTA being approved?

I was denied a tourist visa in 2013 under 214b.

I since acquired a work visa in 2015 and have been making scattered trips to the US to do my job since then.

If I was to apply for an ESTA to go on vacation, what are the chances of it being approved? Would they solely look at the 214b denial and outright reject my application?

ESTA is a computer process and not a consulate visa process, so once you type your information in your PC it will show you if its accepted or not
if denied you will have to apply for B1/B2 .simple as that.
