Visa Waiver Program

I am in the US currently on a H2B visa which expires 30th April. When I applied for the visa back in England i was told that my visa would expire May 31st, with this information i booked my return flight for May 14th. Which now means i would overstay my visa. When i entered the US i was given a visa waiver form and told that it would grant me 90 days after my visa expires.

All the information I have looked at explains what to do when you enter the country, what I need to know is how to obtain this visa waiver while in the country if it is possible. I already have the form, i just need to find out what the process is now.

If you have any information you could share that would be a great help.

You can't use H2B and Visa Waiver at the time.

You have to use Visa Waiver at the time of entering US and 90 days starts from the day of entry.

In any case, you can stay only until the date on I-94 (or I-94w) form and not beyond that.
