Hi,
I am a New Zealand citizen currently living in Canada on a working holiday permit. To get to Canada I had to transit through Los Angeles, and did so on the Visa Waiver Program (as I did not realize the States required a visa for transit). However, I will be spending 182 days in Canada.
Will this be an issue in transiting back to New Zealand in LA, or if I ever wish to visit the United States on a Visa Waiver Program?
