DS-160 Form question

At the moment I am still waiting for my I-20 to arrive, yet I have 3 questions about the DS-160 form.
I have visited the USA before with a Visa Waiver Program with my Austrian Passport. Yet at the dallas
Airport after leaving the USA again, they took the small green page from my Passport. To complete that
section, will I find the necessary information still on the Online page of the Visa Waiver Program where
I have applied for it?


Also I have 2 passports and both are legal, german and austrian one. Yet my German one is out of date
and I will have to issue a new one. Is it still possible for me to enter the information of the old one even
with the expired date?


Last of all, I have already a digital photo made by professionals with a 5x5cm size. Just my only doubt was
that my v shirt wasn't too exact, my neck is fully exposed yet the tshirt gives it an a-symetric look.
Should go take a new picture or is just the face and clarity of the neck, face, eyes and ears important?




I would be glad if I receive an answer as soon as possible since I am only 1 more month and few days
away from the time I should be at the University in the USA,
