| Good Morning...Please can I have some clarification of the best visa to apply for. I am a British born UK national and my fiancé is a Filipino national and she is applying for an F2b Visa. If I was to come over to the US to marry her and gain employment for a short period of time until we move to another country to live, what visa would be best for me to apply for? Can I come in under a tourist visa(vwp) and then when I find work is it easy for me to convert to a working visa? Or is there a visa that I can apply for straight away that will allow me to work without needing a job offer. I appreciate your help in this matter. Kind regards Simon Darley |
