Son planning to visit me from UK

My son is planning on flying over from the UK for a few months as soon as the travel ban lifts. I’m in process of adjustment of status after marriage to USC.
He doesn’t have a B2 or an esta yet, are they issuing ESTA’s or B2 visas at present?

Hi,
No, unless you are the family member of a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident or any emergency situation that needs travel, Tourist travel is not permitted at this time. US Embassy& Consulates in the UK have not resumed routine visa services and appointment availability is extremely limited.
