I have been offered partnership in a ranch (sheep flock farm small) in colorado sterling and how can i get visa to stay here i come over on a waver for an interview and got accepted and now i want to stay can you help me please i have tried so much and spent to much money to loss this i'm an englishman?

Yes i know that but can you give me a step to step guide to get a work visa and can i get a work visa whilst im in usa or do i need to go home 1st?
