Dear all,
I suppose it will be a clear violation of of visa terms if a foreign national with a tourist visa issued under the Visa Waiver program enters the U.S. and works as an escort.
(1) Can a US Customs & Border Protection officer denies her entry to the U.S. if:
- she is listed as a US based escort in website of the agency she works with
- and the US Immigration & Customs Enforcement Agency finds out her listing in the website.
(2) Given the limited resources and more important priorities facing the US ICE Agency,
- what is a realistic chance that the ICE tries to locate her assuming the Agency has enough information for her address in the US?
