I have come to US on 2006 on F1 and completed my masters .
In 2008 i applied for OPT and later converted to H1-B on april2008.
Later i transfered my H1 and since it got denied on july28 2009.
But through My H1 , i was working and had payroll.
I moved to india and applied for Ph.d and came back to US on 2010 jan29th
on new F1 visa.
After completion of fisrt sem in university A on march 28th
I transfered my sevis from university A to University B.
But university B has cheated me , they said my sevis is terminated and instead
of re-instating my old sevis they issued me new I-20 and said my sevis is active.
I blindly trusted university B and continued my semesters by enrolling the classes.
and worked on CPT until jan18th.
On jan18th university has shut down and all sevis were terminated , knowing this
i came back to india on feb6th. and joined here in a good company.
Now this company is sponsoring me H1-B. In case after getting stamped will i face
any problem in port of entry.
If so how can i solve this, as i am victim of university and dont know the sevis rules.
But i have enrolled as a fulltime student through out my stay .
Through out four years of my stay i never violated any immigration rules.This has
happened because of i dont know about sevis rules and blindly trusted university.
But once i came to know my sevis is terminated , i came back to india.
Please helpme what shall i do in case if they question me at port of entry.
