Hi all,
Quick question which I'm sure has been answered many times already.
I am an Australian citizen who entered the states with an approved ESTA (vwp). I was allocated 90 days with my exit date to be May 17th. I left some time ago and have been in Mexico for around 1 month. In total I was in the states for 30 odd days. I am re-entering the states (with lans to stay for another month or so) and have the following questions:
Do I need to apply for and obtain a new ESTA (vwp)?
Does that reset my 90 day allowance?
Would I still have to be out by May 17th? (remembering I only stayed for 30 days the first time).
How does it work am I still using my originally allocated 90 days but the exit date changes as I was in Mexico? Or do I reapply and it resets the entire process?
Thankyou for any response it is greatly appreciated.
Ross.
