Fiance visiting on VWP and now pregnant...
Hi...do you have experience or understanding of what to do if my fiance and I were going to marry on the vwp and now realize she is now an expecting mother to be with a very difficult pregnancy. She is from Italy, we have yet to marry and wer suppose to get married on June 23 and now we are confused as to what to do. We are oth trying to get back to Italy on her 90th day to visit and meet family and then come back in the middle of August. I am a US Citizen and she is not. A bit crazy but we are in lve and now are lost and confused with a difficult pregnancy. What should can and should we do? Apply for I-130 , pray, or not do a thing and come back in August and file and worry about it then...any help and info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
