Hello,
I am currently in USA my H4 visa has expired on 10th July 2012.We have applied for extension,but it is still pending.
i want to travel to india just for 3 days. So after getting the visa approval if i travel to India it is mandatory for me to stamp the visa on my passport.
But i am afraid i don't have that much time.I checked the list for Non Immigrant Visa Interview Waiver eligibility,and i am eligible.So After getting the H4 visa extension,can i submit required documents and passport to vfs center while staying in USA? once i got my passport back,i can go to india anytime.
Please let me , if it's possible.
