I am on US GC and have successfully sponsored both my parents and in-laws previously for multiple US visits.
Now,I am planning a pleasure trip for my elder brother (40 years old) and his family (my sister-in-law and two younger kids, total: 4 persons). My brother has never come to the US. He is a lawyer and notary practicing in a small town in India for more than 15 years. His income is medium and never paid income taxes as his income is below the taxable amount. He owns immovable property worth of 20 Lakh INR in India that he can show in an affidavit or produce supporting documents.
We are planning to sponsor and bring them US for a pleasure trip for 2-3 months in next summer when both my brother and kids have summer holidays for 45-60 days. I can send all required supporting documents for sponsorship such as my W2, income tax returns, bank statements & invitation letter etc. Our parents and other two sisters stay in India.
I am curious to know if my brother's US visa would be approved. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
