Hi,
This post is regarding the visitor visa. In form I-134, section (1e), they are asking for Arrival-Departure Record number. I am confused with 2 pages in the passport. I have attached those 2 pages from someone else's passport ( got from google). Both look like i-94 pages. I do not know whether to provide the departure number or the admission number in column (1e). Please suggest.
