Hi,
i need ur help and advise in getting a visa for my mom. Already her visa was rejected twice on 214(b).The thing is i lost my father last year and my mom and my sister are in india and when i tried to get a visitor visa for my mom it was rejected twice because i got green card.All i can do to ease her emotional feeling is by bringing her to US and make her stay with me for atleast 4 months.Plz help.

even though she owns a school,house in india ,i dont know what else we could show the consulate in order to get a visa.

Did the consulars give her any specific reasons for refusal on the last 2
occasions? You can try to overcome those this time. Though having a school and a house in India are good examples of ties to home country; her being a
widow could be the reason for refusal and since you have a green card,
she may be suspect to stay back with your support.

I think the best thing to do in this case would be to take the help
of a good immigration attorney since this is her 3rd app. The attorney
could guide you on how to prepare the app and how to answer qs.
