hello everyone...
i am goin to apply my mother father visitor visa..in ds 160...option comes have u ever changed ur name...in my case i have added surnames in my mom dad passports so should i tick yes or no in that column..if yes then in which column should I write their names.

Yes.

Write current name as per passport. All other names should be previous names or other names used.
