Visa fee payment procedure

Hi,
Please can you help me out how to pay the visa fee for my mom and dad ?

As the rules as changed couple of things soplease help me the procedure for the visa fee.

Here is my question

1. To pay the visa fee for my mom and dad do i need to create separate application account Id for both in the https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/ and take the print out for those id and process the fee

OR

Create the application for my dad and add my mom as a dependent and take a print out and pay the fee.

While filling momm as a dependent on my dad application but it didnt show that fee as 320$ it shows only 160$ but while booking the interview date it as ask for mom receipt number too....

Please help me out

You need to create only one account.

Even though the fees in $ shows only $160, the fee in Rs. shows the correct number for 2 people together.
