Mumbai - B2 (Travel) Visa need Advance Document Submission?

Hi,

My parents interview is scheduled on 18-19 at Mumbai. I know that for H1/L1, we need to submit document in advance.
Can someone confirm if it is same requirement for B2 (Travel)?

With the migration from VFS to Stanley effective September 26, 2012, there is no more advance submission of documents at Mumbai for any visa category.
