Form I-134 for parents & sister

Hi,

I am inviting my parents and my sister (unmarried) to visit US.
I am sponsoring them.
I have a little confusion in filling up the form I-134 section 3, where I have to mention who will be joining the person.
For my dad, I filled my mom and my sisters name. For my mother I filled my Dad' and sister's name.
Confused while filling up for my sister.
Do I have to mention my mom & dad on her form as well. If yes, How?

Any help is appreciated.
