Time Period to Re-enter on Visitor Visa

Hi,

I have following query:

My mother in law departed US in the month of August 2012 (end of August), on visitor visa. She has a valid visa for 10 years from now. Can she enter US again in the month of January 2013? Is there any constraint on the time period to re-enter US?
