Documents for Visa with a pending job switch

My parents are going to the Bombay Consulate for the visa in 2 weeks time. I am switching jobs and might be starting on the new one right around that time. I had sent them all the employment verification documents more than 2 months ago which were required to get the appointment. Since there won't be enough time for me to resend the documents, is this something to be concerned about ?
