Mom's visitor visa:query regarding the documents

Hello,

I'm in USA with my husband & I'm working on my mom's visitor visa.My brother who is in India(my mom stays with him)is sponsoring my mom's visa.I have following questions:

1)Which all documents do I need to send from my side?I guess, I just need to send invitation letter as me & my husband are not the sponsors.

2)'The letter to consulate' is addressed by the sponsor,in this case it's my brother,so should he write the letter or I/my husband should write it?

Please guide me if possible.

Thanks for the link Immihelp, actually I got answer for my 1st question , but it's still not clear who should write 'the letter to Consulate' in this case.Can you please guide me for the same.
