How soon i can sponsor my parents?

Hi Folks, i will be travelling on L1 visa next month and i want to sponsor B2 Visa for my parents.
I want to know how soon i can initiate the process. i have returned back from US before an year and will be going back , so my bank accounts are active , but very few transactions have been made in last year.
Please let me know if i can show some huge balance by getting from friends ,will it be OK? or i have to wait for couple of months to get the real transactions?

Visa officers rarely see bank balances of sponsorer or the visa applicants. They may ask for your salary slips/last years W2 in case you are sponsoring, to establish your valid status hence advisable to get few pay stubs before sending parents for visitor visa. Also, the decision to grant them visitor visa is more dependent on them being able to demonstrate strong ties, personal, family, financial to their home country rather than your bank balances.
