  • Complex B2 Visa for Married Sister and Married Brother.

Please help me for this B2 visa thing.

I recently become a us citizen, planning to file for my young married sister and young married brother. Should I file separately or together? Its almost 4 years we hadn't seen each other...

I know I can file GC for them, but I don't want GC pending ---->(while they apply b2 there in india)--> If they can get B2 for 10 years then atleast they can visit me in future.....now then we can see each other sometime later if I don't want to visit india anymore.

married sister is having 2 kids 1st
    2+year
    2nd 1+ yr

(I want to file for my sister and her son, my sis is a house wife and had masters, her husband grocery store owner and uneducated...)

married brother had 1 kid age : 1+ year. my brother had B.com

    should I file separately ?

what will be the best approach for my sister to take her husband and two kids or go separately or go with one son????
what will be the best approach for my brother who work in AP APCPDCL.??????(brother having 1 kid 1+ year)

Initially I want both my sister and brother to come visit me.

    Please share all possible ideas.

    Thank you so much.

If you want them to visit you on tourist visa, they should apply for it before you file green card for them. It is generally harder for younger people to get tourist visa. You can find the complete information at http://www.immihelp.com/visitor-visa/

You have to file green card for your sister and your brother separately.

When they get their green card, their respective families (spouse and young minor unmarried children) can get green card along with them. However, there is currently about 12 years wait. Details at https://www.immihelp.com/family-based-greencard/
