I am living in India and would like to go to the US for a vacation with my daughter for two weeks. I will be self-sponsoring our trip and shall provide all financial documentation and compelling evidence that will make us return home (Job, Studies, Dependants). My 9 year old nephew, Shirley, would like to accompany us. We live in the same city together and his parents have no objection for him to travel. Shirleys parents are unable to make the trip due to their work circumstances.

How should I apply for him? Who should apply for his visa? Shirley's father (My brother) or I? What documents should we submit, so Shirley's chances of getting the visa are high?
