My mother has her B2 visa scheduled on 6th November at the Chennai US Consulate. On the Application Confirmation page, I see the below sentence
"Only visa applicants will be admitted to either the Embassy or Offsite Facilitation Center (OFC), with the exception
of children (below 16 years);who should be accompanied by a responsible adult and elderly applicants (above 60
years), caretakers of applicants with physical disability and interpreters for the hearing-impaired."
Does this mean that someone can accompany my mother, as she is 61 years old?
